Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?
No. It costs absolutely nothing to become an affiliate. In fact you can start earning money almost immediately, because it takes just a few minutes to sign up, and only a bit longer to put our banner or descriptive text link onto your web page.
Does my site qualify for your Partner programs?
As long as you have a site that does not contain or promote illegal activity or materials, you are welcome to become one of our Affiliate Partners. We have no minimum traffic level for you to worry about.
Do you accept non-English traffic?
I wish to join the affiliate program but my country is not listed in the drop down menu. What do I do?
Due to past negative experiences with affiliates from certain countries, affiliates from those countries not listed on the affiliate sign up page will not be able to join our affiliate program.
How secure is my personal and financial information?
What is your promotion policy?
PositiveSingles may provide some general marketing guidelines in STD dating. But it is up to the partners on how to proceed with the promotion of their sites. You can use any promotional ways as long as they are honest and legal.
Is email marketing allowed?
No. We in no way participate in mass unsolicited emailings (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliate Partners are expected to adhere to this policy. We reserve the right to terminate a relationship if that partner uses unsolicited email to promote PositiveSingles.com.
Would I have access to email addresses of existing users of your database to promote my website?
Sorry, no. We do not allow spamming of our users.

Can I build 2nd tier affiliates?
Yes. You can earn 10% of sub-partners' commission from paid members.
What is the difference between "Referrals" and "Sales" columns on my statistics page?
The "Sales" column tracks how many people have come from your site and signed up as a paid member. The "Referrals" column tracks the people who have signed up as free members.
If I earn 10% of my sub-partners' commission, will I get a cut from his earnings? Can his total earnings be recorded on my report page, if he registers via my invitation link?
If your sub-partner registers through your invitation link, our system can track his total commission and show it on your own report page. You earn 10% of sub-partners' commission from paid members. We will not cut that from his earnings, but offer you an extra 10%.
Is this a CMS (content management site) site? Can I approve or refuse profiles on my site?
Sorry, no. This is not a CMS(content management site) website.
We prefer you to focus on marketing. Customer service is really a long and hard work requiring lots of patience and time. We are taking over these hard work for now. It may change in the future.
Is there a way to tell where my traffic is coming from?
Yes, you can use code from Google Analytics to track the traffic information. Once your code is ready, send it to your account manager and we will add it up at your dating site.
What are the terms and termination?
The terms of this agreement will take effect upon signing-up at the website and will cease when terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing us with written notice of termination.
How much money will I make and what is the payout rate for my dating site?
That totally depends on you. The more people you can get to sign up as a member of your dating site, the more money you will make. We offer three payout options. We pay you $2 for each profile or $39.95 for each paid member. And 10% of sub-partner's earnings from paid members.
How and when do I get paid?
We send out the payments via Paypal around the 15th of each month, but only when you have generated over $100 in revenue. If you have generated less than this, the pay will be withheld until the next pay period, when it is added to the new total and sent to you if over $100.
If any payment from customer is later charged-back or refunded, we will deduct the fee from your commission.
What is Paypal?
Paypal is a system specially designed for secure sending and receiving payments over the Internet. Once you create a Paypal account you can send and receive money over the Internet using Paypal balance, your credit card, debit card or bank account. Please check out more details at www.paypal.com.
I received my commission through Paypal. What should I do next?
After you create an account at www.paypal.com, the commission you received will be automatically sent to your funding option. If you sign up with a credit card or debit card, it will be automatically sent to them. If you sign up with your bank account, the payment will be sent to your Paypal balance or bank account. You can easily transfer your payment from the Paypal balance to your bank account and use it as you wish.
What is your Chargebacks and Creditbacks rule?
We will not pay any partner who has chargebacks and creditbacks of 7% or greater. Creditback is defined as customers who cancel their memberships and receive a credit. Chargeback is defined as a refund of payment for customers after the credit card has been processed.
Do you need banking detail?
We don't need your banking detail. We send out the commission by Paypal.
How are taxes handled from your company?
You can get full commissions from our company. However, you are solely responsible for any taxes just like other types of incomes. When the payment arrives, there will be no taxes deducted.
If a person signs up for the free profile, I get $2. If he later upgrades, do I get $39.95?
No. You can only choose $2 for each profile, or $39.95 for each paying member. Not both at the same time. However, you can change to different payout option later.
I just changed my payout option from $39.95 on each sale to $2 on each profile. Can I get commission from previous profiles whose owners become your paid members?
What's the definition about "confirmed profile"?
"Confirmed profile" means completed profile from developed countries.
